bdtk3 Terms and Conditions
This document clearly sets out all the rules, responsibilities and limitations that apply between you and us when using the bdtk3 platform. Please read it in full before you start using the site.
Important: These terms and conditions may change at any time. If you continue to use the site after any changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
1. General Introduction and Applicability
1.1 Purpose of This Document
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdtk3 platform and all services connected to it. These Terms form a legal agreement between bdtk3 ("we", "the platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By registering on our site or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
bdtk3 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides various entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. Detailed information about bdtk3 is available on a separate page.
1.2 Changes to the Terms
bdtk3 reserves the right to amend or change any part of these Terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Users are advised to review this page regularly.
The date of the most recent change will be noted at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after any change will be treated as your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on bdtk3 and use any of its services, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone under 21 may not use this platform. Providing a false age during registration will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.
- The person registering must be a real individual — not a company or a bot.
- Each person may create only one account.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
- Users must use a payment method registered in their own name.
2.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details, password and OTP confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
bdtk3 will never ask for your password or OTP by email or chat. If you receive any such message, treat it as suspicious and report it to us.
2.3 Account Verification
bdtk3 may at any time request documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals and other services may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. bdtk3 reserves the right to close an account if the user refuses to provide the required verification information.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum amount to deposit on bdtk3 is ৳300. The currently supported deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted, and bdtk3 will bear no responsibility in such cases.
- Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account.
- Deposits made from a third party's account may be cancelled.
- bdtk3 will not be responsible for funds sent to the wrong number or with incorrect details.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request. The available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
Payment may be held if account verification is incomplete at the time of the withdrawal request, or if the wagering requirements of any bonus have not been met. bdtk3 may request additional verification for unusual transactions.
3.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is currently no facility to transact in any foreign currency. bdtk3 reserves the right to complete applicable verification before confirming any transaction.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bdtk3 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, wagering of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳2,000 bonus, and bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
All bonus offers are subject to specific applicable conditions, and bdtk3 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time. Attempts to collect bonuses by creating multiple accounts or through third parties will result in those accounts being closed.
- Each bonus applies only once and to one account.
- Bonus benefits may not be transferred or sold to anyone else.
- Before claiming any bonus, read the specific terms of the relevant promotion carefully.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on bdtk3 are considered final. Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. bdtk3 may cancel bets placed after the market has closed before an event begins. bdtk3 reserves the right to make discretionary decisions regarding bets placed incorrectly due to technical errors.
5.2 Odds and Results
All odds are set by bdtk3 and may change at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final. The official authority's announcement will be the definitive source for determining event results.
In any dispute regarding the results of cricket, football or other sports, the final decision of the relevant international sports authority will be followed.
5.3 Spontaneous Errors and Technical Issues
If the outcome of any game is affected by a software error, network outage or other technical reason, bdtk3 reserves the right to cancel that round or bet. In such situations, bdtk3 may notify the user and return the stake.
6. VIP Programme and Cashback
6.1 VIP Tiers
The bdtk3 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze offers up to 0.4%, Silver 0.8%, Gold 1.1% and Platinum 1.5% weekly cashback.
For example, a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and applies to net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings for that week.
6.2 Tier Change Process
VIP tier assignment and changes are made according to bdtk3's set criteria. Regular and active users may be promoted to a higher tier. bdtk3 reserves the right to change VIP terms and will notify members in due course.
- Cashback will be credited directly to the account balance.
- No additional wagering requirements apply to cashback — unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
- VIP benefits may not be transferred to others without approval from bdtk3.
7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud
7.1 General Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk3 platform and will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the associated balance:
- Placing bets using bots or automated means.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
- Match fixing or betting on the basis of inside information.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Using fraudulent payment methods.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
7.2 Fraud Detection
The bdtk3 system monitors transactions continuously. If unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity are detected, bdtk3 may investigate and, if necessary, temporarily suspend the relevant account. No transactions may be made during such a suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
bdtk3 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical errors or other reasons. bdtk3 is not obliged to provide financial compensation for such outages.
10.2 Losses from Betting
The user is solely responsible for any financial loss arising from betting and gaming. bdtk3 never guarantees winnings, and the outcome of any game or event is not predetermined. Consider your own financial means before deciding to play.
10.3 Third-Party Content
Third-party game software and information may be featured on the bdtk3 platform. bdtk3 is not fully liable for the accuracy or quality of such content. Game rules and RTP information are determined by the respective game developer.
11. Account Closure and Termination
11.1 Closure at the User's Request
A user may request closure of their account at any time via live chat or email. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonuses with incomplete wagering will be cancelled at the time of closure.
11.2 Closure by bdtk3
bdtk3 may close any account without prior notice if any clause of these Terms is breached, evidence of fraud is found, or for security reasons. In such cases, bdtk3's decision will be considered final.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Dispute Resolution Process
Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be addressed through direct discussion. Please contact the support team and explain the matter in detail. bdtk3 will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time.
12.2 Interpretation of the Terms
If any part of these Terms appears unclear or contentious, bdtk3's interpretation will be considered final. If the Terms exist in both English and Bengali and a difference arises between the two, the Bengali version will take precedence.
12.3 Partial Invalidity of the Terms
If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Terms will continue in full force with that clause excluded.
